Grant co-founded Signal Rock Capital, where he evaluates companies and works closely with owners to help their businesses grow after a deal gets done.
​​​​
Prior to Signal Rock, Grant was part of the investment team at L2 Capital, a West Palm Beach-based lower middle market private equity firm with a 4x realized track record since 2010.
​
Previously Grant was a Senior Associate at Blue Sea Capital, a West Palm Beach-based private equity firm, where he focused on investments in the industrial and aerospace & defense sectors.
​​​​
Grant began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies in New York, advising on industrial and consumer transactions.
​
Grant holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
​
In his free time, Grant enjoys going to the dog beach with his wife and two dogs, playing golf, boating, traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants, and bourbon.

Sam co-founded Signal Rock Capital, where he focuses on finding great businesses, doing the legwork to understand them inside and out, and working closely with owners and teams to carry their businesses forward.
​​​​
Prior to Signal Rock, Sam was part of the investment team at L2 Capital, a West Palm Beach-based lower middle market private equity firm with a 4x realized track record since 2010.

Earlier in his career, Sam advised business owners on selling their companies as an investment banker at Prestwick Partners in Minneapolis. Sam started his career in Riveron’s M&A group, an advisory platform backed by Kohlberg & Company.
​​
He serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of Bridges to Learning, a nonprofit focused on providing education for children in rural Vietnam.
​
Sam holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
​​
Outside of work, you’ll find him reading on the beach, playing pickup basketball, or cheering on his hometown Minnesota Timberwolves.
